CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

For a successful return or exchange, please ensure:

  • Products have not been used, damaged
  • Products are returned in the original packaging 
  • You have the purchase receipt

REFUND PROCESS

1. Upon receiving your returned items, you'll receive a confirmation email.
2. Your refund will be processed within 30 days from the date of receiving the package.

REFUND REJECTION

We reserve the right to reject a return or refund if:

  • Products are not in acceptable return condition or have inadequate packaging.
  • The care required to return the products in good condition is not exercised.
